Turtlebot ISO
You can download the course ISO here: mint13-ros-groovy-64bit.iso
It should be relatively straightforward to install this iso to a virtual machine using VirtualBox. You can download VirtualBox here: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
If you have never used VirtualBox, you should be able to find plenty of tutorials online. This one looks reasonable: http://techroulette.blogspot.com/2012/09/create-virtualbox-and-run-linuxmint-13.html
If you want to turn the iso into a bootable thumb drive, I recommend unetbootin.Python Information
