CS 374 HW2: Data Modeling

Electronic submission due Jan 30th before 11:59 PM.
Each student submits one tex file and two image files via Canvas.

Textbook Exercises

Answer the questions in the provided LaTeX template below. Most of the work on this assignment will be thinking carefully about the data and then drawing EER/UML diagrams by hand. (Alternatively, you may use a software tool like diagrams.net.)

The diagrams you submit must look neat and be easy to read. Each image file must be under 1 MB. Do not submit giant, crooked, or uncropped cell phone images. For best results, use a scanner or a scanning app. Your images should be jpg or png files.

This assignment must be completed individually. Your submission must conform to the JMU Honor Code. Authorized help is limited to general discussion on Discord, asking questions during class, and meeting with the instructor.
