Tap a square once to mark it with a dot (a reminder that no duck can sit there), tap again to put a duck down, and tap a third time to clear it. Drag across squares to dot several at once.

Rows and columns that break a rule get striped red, and so does a patch with too many ducks. Ducks that touch get a red outline. Turn on Auto-mark to dot every square a duck rules out.

The patch letters match the letters in levels.json, so you can check your PA4 code against what you see here.
