Installing a WWW Browser
1 Introduction
The course WWW pages use XHTML for page description, CSS for page
layout, ECMAScript (a.k.a. JavaScript) for navigating between
"slides" and for rendering mathematics, and Java for code examples.
Hence, if you want to take full advantage of the course WWW pages
you need to use a browser that supports all of these technologies.
All "modern" browsers should work.
2 Setup
To take full advantage of the course WWW pages you must:
- Allow pop-up windows from JMU.
- Enable JavaScript.
- Allow cookies from JMU.
