The JMU WebEx Portal

1 Overview

WebEx is a family of products that enables people to work together at the same time even when they are not physically present at the same location.

JMU's WebEx portal is at https://jmu.webex.com.

2 Tools and Utilities

To be tele-present at a lecture you need the WebEx Meeting Center Application and to watch recorded lectures you need the WebEx Player.

The Meeting Center can be downloaded from the "Support" page of the "Meeting Center". (Click on the "Meeting Center" tab at the top of the page and then expand the "Support" menu item on the left of the page.)

The Player can be downloaded from the course's Canvas site. Click on the appropriate link below and then, when you receive the "No preview available" message, click on the "Download" link.
