WeatherBitMaps
Introduction
Many U.S. residents have an almost obsesive interest in
the weather. This product is intended to help satisfy those
needs.
Vision
When it is completed, WeatherBitMaps will:

Display maps of forecasted weather conditions;

Display maps of observed weather conditions.

Display a scrolling list of weather-related messages.
Target Market
We anticipate that WeatherBitMaps will be a mass-market product.
Our preliminary research indicates that there are several
similar products currently being developed.
Constraints
WeatherBitMaps must be developed in Java.
Business Requirements
WeatherBitMaps must be usable after only 10 minutes of training.
