Mission Statement: DateAid

Introduction

People use calculators everyday (either dedicated devices or calculator applications on mobile computing devices) to perform such simple manipulations as adding and subtraction. Dates are much more difficult to manipulate and yet people are forced to make these kinds of calculations on their own.

Peripatetic Software believes DateAid will remedy this situation.

Vision

Allow users to determine the number of days until a future date;
Allow users to identify a date a given number of days in the past or future; and
Allow users to determine the number of days between two dates.

Target Market

Our preliminary research indicates that there are several desktop date calculators but the mobile market has been ignored.
