Assignment 1: Product Analysis for Papyrus

Introduction: The The Madison Utilties is a collection of small utilities and tools developed by the Computer Science Department at James Madison University.

You have been assigned to the team that will design and develop a new software product called Papyrus that enables users to produce and publish simple "time tables".

Tasks and Deadlines: You must:

Read and understand the Papyrus Product Mission Statement.
Create a list of stakeholders.
Create a goal list for the stakeholders.
Create a needs list.

Your complete written report is due at our next meeting. We will have a group meeting at that time to resolve any differences the team may have.

In order to generate as many ideas as possible, do not discuss your findings with other members of the team prior to the meeting.
