To Run:

1. Connect your MIDI device.
2. java -jar Sampler.jar
3. Select your device from the middle drop-down.
The top selector will select patches from the currently loaded sound bank.
4. You can load in another sound bank of your choosing as an sf2 file from the bottom drop-down.

Known Bugs:
Refreshing may not display a MIDI device that has been connected after the application is running.
