First select the level, difficulty and player. ("Cancel" will use the default values.)

The game continues on regardless of how many times you die and are asked to continue. Once you reach the level you started at the game will be over and you will be shown your Final Score, which will depend on how many continues you needed to reach the end of the Game. Once the game is over, you will be asked if you want to play again. Choosing "No" for any question exits the game.
