Textual Description of a Transition

A transition is a description of how to move from one scene to another. We are concerned with four different kinds of transitions: "cut to", "dissolve to", "fade in" and "fade out". The default transition is "cut to".

A transition must be printed flush left on its own line, in upper case, followed by a colon, followed by a blank line.
